Straightforward interview, competency questions and culture fit. First stage with a more junior member and final round with a senior/director level individual.
The session was quite good to be fair and the interviewer was very open and polite - it's just a shame that I was never contacted again with any feedback or outcome - it's probably and HR issue but still, hopefully something that can be fixed.
