Generally good, get interviewed by Human Resources Officer, followed by Assistant Manager and the Regional Manager. The interview questions require to answer in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Most of the interview questions are straight forward questions, e.g. what is your strengthens and weaknesses. A simple test to write a short paragraph is also required.
