The restaurant manager called in for PI.
It was basic 1 on 1 with restaurant manager and the questions were totally related to hospitality industry. The interview took place inside the restaurant. The restaurant was busy and lacking employees to cover the crowd they faced.

Question 1
Basic questions related to hospitality and customer service.
Simple and quick. They are looking for mature individuals who are dependable and do not call in. Show leadership skills to a certain extent and ability to work with the team as a whole.
Pretty easy, making sure it's clear that managerial experience in the food industry.
Don't be afraid to voice concerns. Control the interview and make sure your demands are met. It's fast food so don't be a pushover
Spoke briefly with the district manager who covered about 5 or 6 stores in the arra and once he had approved, he sent me on to Sonia the general manager of the S Shields location for a more specific set of questions.
