I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King (Mumbai) in Dec 2020
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter agent for this role with their India team. After a few days, had a round with the hiring manager post the initial screening. The round went quite well, with discussions around the role, case study.
After a week, a discussion with HR was scheduled, which was the worst interview ever. At the very beginning of HR discussions, it was made clear that they were on strict budget and couldn't afford a hike over current CTC. They also had apprehensions about hiring for this position since earlier candidate had quit in short span
TBH, the reason I was keen on the role was the IPO buzz and exciting upscaling and growth prospects. But looking at the HR, seems like its an autocratic setup
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
how would you improve acquisition and growth for BK india
Très complet, très bien, rien a redire. Assez fluide et déroulé intéressant. Agréable, peu de pièges, sourires, très bien, échanges avec le manager constructifs, perspectives d'évolution, bon feeling, bonnes entente
I applied online. I interviewed at Burger King in Feb 2021
Interview
Two rounds of interviews - went pretty well. The team was very friendly and the interview questions were standard questions. Left time at the end for me to ask any questions or provide any final information.
