I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Burlington Stores in Sep 2018
Interview
Pretty straightforward. The questions they asked weren't too complicated or tricky. It started off with an on campus interview because I was recruited through a career fair. Next, I was invited to the office for a Superday where I spoke to 4-5 employees within a two hour period.
Pre-recorded screening for 2 minutes per question then played two games. Questions ranged from 7-10 with two attempts. Straightforward but lacked human connection so difficult to not sound robotic and mundane.

Question 1
Describe a challenge faced at work and how did you overcome it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Burlington, NJ) in Mar 2023
Interview
Online recording interview. Asks questions without giving proper amount of time to think and respond. There's still bias about being selected from other candidates if they do this kind of method.
