I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Burlington, NJ) in Nov 2019
Interview
A recruiter called for informational purposes. An interview was set up at Burlington, NJ. The interview was unorganized (the interviewer tried and failed to pull up my resume). For as impromptu as it felt, the interview was generally positive. It felt like a evaluation of personality rather than a test of competency. Ultimately, I was told I was favored and a response would be quick so I wouldn't "be kept hanging." Two months & several follow ups later, no response. Don't waste people's time, Burlington.

Interview
So far great interview process - detailed, organized. Went over expectations, days, and what they can offer. The rep was nice and seemed happy with their role at the company

Question 1
What experience do I bring that would work well with the role
Multiple lengthy interviews for a low paying position. The process was uncomfortable, and left me feeling like I had accomplished much more than earning my way into an entry level position.

They were quick to get back to me and were flexible on my time to interview. The interview process was painless and was spread out rather than all in one day. All virtual as well
