Interview
I applied online through the careers section on store website. Soon after I received an email asking me to complete an assessment (you must complete the assessment before they can look at you application). One day later I received a phone call to schedule an interview with the store manager. The store manager must have forgot that I had an interview scheduled because when I arrived at the store he wasn't there (he went to lunch) and I waited for an hour for him to return. I was eventually interviewed by another manager. She was great! After the interview she offered me the position and scheduled my orientation. When I got home I received an email to request a background check. The entire process from applying to interview/job offer took 3 days.

Interview
It was an in-person interview, which consisted of her asking me basic questions about my background and the reason I wanted to work there. She then showed me where I would be stationed and explained what I would be doing and afterwards I completed a background check. She also went over shifts and salary. Whole thing lasted approximately 10 minutes.

Interview
There were no interview questions. They wanted to make sure that I can understand and speak English. The managers of the store were very friendly during the hiring process. One of them told me that the store is like your home, you need to put effort to tidy it. Apparently they liked me, because they advised to me to hurry up with the two of the test which I was not finished yet.
