Interview
Non-existent. Literally asked two questions: Why do you want to work here? What are your salary expectations? Also, no training was given nor company materials. Their idea of training was a walk-through the store and then basically putting you on the floor right after. Sink or swim is their method. And when you start sinking, they criticize you and threaten you with your job.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
