I applied through college or university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Burlington, NJ) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very easy - applied through a college recruiter. Then was asked to come in for an interview.
They sit you down in a big room where you are with all sorts of management, then they sit you down and you rotate between people asking the same questions. Questions are very easy. Then they ask you to shadow someone that had your job. And was told within a week that I got the job. I accepted this job and I wish I never did SO please if they offer it to you don't take it. They don't pay well and no one gets promoted like they say.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Burlington, NJ) in Jul 2017
Interview
Pretty basic and straight forward interview process. After you get pass the phone interview, you do an in person interview with three different people. Everyone is really nice and cool, and genuinely interested in why you want to work there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Burlington, NJ) in Feb 2015
Interview
Twenty minute phone interview in which if selected you move to the interview day process. It is a half day process which includes: overview of the company, round robin interviews, and a recap with who you shadow for the day. Really great process and a clever way to see how one interacts with others!
