Interview
It was very short and quick. He didn't really ask to many questions. Burlington Coat Factory is always hiring. He just asked a few simple questions. Asked for availability. Ans also did a background check. Background check only took 24 hours.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
