I went through 8 interviews and all the way up to the SVP level and then they ghosted me. Very frustrating to put forth that level of investment into a company and they don't respect your time enough to provide feedback.

Analytics Director asked specific Excel based knowledge questions. One example was, when using Vlookup, what will cause you to get an N/A response.
