Interview
I had to do a prerecorded interview, which was not bad. They asked the usual questions like time you worked with a team, tell us about yourself, etc,. Then I had to do an interview with an actual person and they wanted me to analyze a lot of data so be prepared for that. For my interview, they shared some data with me before hand.
Nice and professional. Made sure that you were kept at ease and weren't too stressed out. Were patient and weren't really looking for a 'right' answer, more what you would do in the situation and gathering the type of person you are and if you'd be right for the job
