The first step was a call with the recruiter. She was super nice and easy to talk to. I described my background and experience and learned more about the role. Then I had a call with the office manager and that process was smooth.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
She asked me about my educational background and why I would be a good fit for the role.
Started with a "HireVue" to kick off the process, not a fan of these kinds of systems, would rather speak with a real person. Speaking to yourself and answering prerecorded questions is disrespectful of the candidate's time.
Applied for multiple posistions, received a hirevue to do for one of them, which they use for all your applications. Received an invite to schedule an interview with a recruiter around a week after one of my applications, very straight forward and nice interviewer, asked standard behaviorals, and he said he’d pass my resume onto some hiring managers. Received a text later that day to schedule a call with the HM which went alright, but he said he liked my resume and would try and get me through the other managers. Received a call from the recruiter about 2 weeks after this call saying I got the offer
Good interview with highlights on why you want to work for burns & mcdonnell. Pretty easy questions nothing too technical. Would do again. Nice guy to chat with. Get back to you quickly
