I got a referral from a friend and a few days later I received an email inviting me to submit my resume. Also later on I received an email inviting me to take a pre-recorded interview, you get to do it twice per question if you don't feel satisfied. So far it is pretty good!

Did the pre-recorded interview. You are allowed to retake your video once, but you have to move on with the new video. They are looking for genuine interest in the company and for how your skills align with what they are seeking.

Tell me a time you used creativity or technology (including AI) to achieve a goal.
It was a pre recorded one online with 6 proper questions and a few short written questions too. It felt relaxed and normal ish conversation questions. You had around 30 seconds to prepare

Online Video of yourself. basic questions not too bad and can retake video
one time if you mess up. i would recommend using the retake option as the yes rooms does not change
