I applied online. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell
Interview
Upon applying for the job posting, I had a productive conversation with the department manager, who provided insights on what to emphasize during the application process. However, I noticed that the guidance received did not align with the requirements outlined in the job posting.
Additionally, during the interview conducted by the office manager, I encountered some questions that raised ethical concerns. Specifically, I was asked about my current work, including competitive insights into the contract between me and the customers I currently serve. I believe such inquiries go beyond professional boundaries and may not be aligned with ethical interviewing practices.

Interview
Applied online. The first interview round was video recording. Approximately 11 questions in total with two tries per question. General information and behavioral questions ( What would you do in this situation). I was emailed for a second interview at the Houston Office. Interviewed with 3 people. They asked me more general questions but it was more of a chat back and forth.
