Poor experience.
Recruiter contacted me immediately after I submitted my application. Told me the role wasn't well-defined yet and they were working on it.
I took a cognitive test, a strengths finder test, then had remote interviews with the Hiring Manager and a Sales Leader over the next few weeks.
Then was ghosted by recruiter for a few more weeks (emails and voice mails), before receiving a voice mail saying they're still finalizing the role and the next phase of the interview process, but are going to have a job try-out activity and wondered if I was still interested once they define what that is.
I wouldn't want to work for a company so disorganized. They're not a start-up and yet they didn't have their act together and I could tell the recruiter was quite over-worked and he was the only person dealing with all the job postings they had open at the time.
Also, It's funny when companies describe their values on their website and you can tell they're just words as they don't treat candidates with the same values they profess.
