The entire process took about 2 months.
Initial online application - really liked that I didn't have to retype everything after I submitted my resume.
Video Interview - this was a first, a little nerve-wracking, but as I went through the process and have now started working for the company, I appreciated the opportunity to go through that process and see what the culture was like before actually meeting someone!
In person interview - very informal, I felt as if I was already apart of the team! Your typical 1st interview questions; salary, experience/background, what's important in an employer, etc.
After the in person, I was sent a link to complete additional personality/strength tests. It was intimidating at first, but now appreciate that the company invested in me as a person so much before I was even apart of the organization. And they continue to use that information to form teams, provide projects, as well as for any training or development opportunities as they fit me.
2nd Interview - I finally got to meet some people that I might become team members with. This was nice so that I could get a different perspective of the organization, and department. There were three individuals and I could read their body language and reactions to see how genuine they were and I was pleased to learn how authentic people were.
3rd Interview - (By this point, I wanted to become part of this team!) Came back in to meet VP's within the organization. Got to know their background, experience and outlook on their teams and their employees in the department. Answered more questions I had about training and development, got me excited about my first day!
