Butler/Till interview questions

Resume and cover letter were sent via email. I received a response within a couple days that the position I had applied for was filled, but that there was another open position I may be interested in. After explaining the position, I accepted the interview and was told to come prepared with a short presentation about my personal "super" skill. Although a bit daunting to present to 5 people in an interview, it was actually a lot of fun and gave me the opportunity to highlight my skill set. Two interviews (same day) - one w/ HR and position supervisor and one with the Culture Crew. Both were very professionally carried out and I was given a tour at the end.

Worst and most disorganized company that I have ever interviewed with. Terrible customer service, horrible senior management. They never return calls or emails and you can forget about being hired unless you are sleeping with someone at the company.
