Interview
Extremely lengthy process. Initial chat with recruiter, then another interview with two members of staff, then submit a task without guarantee of final interview, final interview included 4 different interviews with different people and took 2.5hrs.
Task was way too lengthy and to ask for it be submitted without even the guarantee of an interview and opportunity to present seems not very people focussed or respectful of interviewees time. My final interview ran over significantly (around 45 minutes), when I was finally told I was unsuccessful this was via email. I would expect with that amount of time invested they could take the time to call and provide actual feedback. Particularly disappointing as they spent so much time talking about culture and people, shows the real difference between talking the talking and walking the walk.
