ByteDance TPM Manager interview questions

It's the 2nd round interview and interviewer took the notes from 1st interviewer and cherry-picking my experience negatively. The entire interview is very unprofessional. The interviewer does not have open minded thoughts to listen to my experience and story carefully. The questions asked by him are subjective and biased. It is more like a Children Role Play and my effort and time were not respected. No proper ideas or valuable info has been exchanged during the interview. In fact, they fail me even before the interview starts, purely because I wasn't from Facebook or Google. Lesson learnt: if the interview is such biased and narrow-minded, stop the interview immediately and walk away. PS: The interviewer does not speak English at all so the entire interview was carried out in Mandarin.
