I applied through college or university. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviewed in person and over the phone; awesome company with very nice people and make you feel welcomed when you visit the office; questions are generally behavioral and about how you see yourself fitting in with their team
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time in which you had to make an unpopular decision
recruiter phone screen → 1–3 interviews (behavioral, sometimes case/technical) → final panel or hiring manager interview; may include assessments or presentations. there was an in person meeting at the end at the office
Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
