Interview
Your frist interview will be with an HR from corporate, they will ask you basic interview questions (why CH, skills, what are you looking for, etc). The next interview will be with management from the office of which you applied to. I interviewed with the sales manager who essentially just asked questions about me and seemed like he wanted to learn more about me. as a person.
Phone interview, then a tour, then meeting some individuals. Finished off with a sales pitch which is described below. Did not do great so I did not get the job.

They asked us to read a prompt for 10 minutes and then negotiate selling beer to a grocery store

The process was really smooth. The recruiter and managers that I interviewed were extremely nice and accommodating. The whole process took around 3 weeks with timely communication. The interview itself felt like a conversation and was heavily based on my past experiences, academics, and role-related skills.

The interview process was fairly standard. It was done at my campus and the recruiter was very nice. It was a series of behavioral based questions, but still flowed like a conversation.
