Interview
They reached out to me and scheduled a phone interview. The interviewer was not clear with her questions but I also did not make it to the second interview. She seemed a little flighty and the interview was very short. She focused on my resume and asked me questions about my experience with customer service
the interview process was very easy, it was a lot of very straight forward basic interview questions. It had a phone interview with a recruiter and a in person interview with the hiring supervisor and manager.

Interview
First two rounds went well. I was told to expect an update which I never received. Met with HR first and then the hiring manager. It didn't seem like the right fit overall but communication is always appreciated.
