I applied on their website. First they called me for a 45 minute phone interview, then I got to go into the office and shadow a current account manager then met with a manager. Very positive experience and super excited to get started!

A lot of questions focused on your experience with time management, customer service, teamwork, and how well you do in a fast paced environment

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
