H.R. (or the person was not ready!!) was not prepared for the interview; had to look for a packet of questions to be asked in the interview. Not your typical type of interview. They were looking for someone who is independent, go-getter individual, and learning the rules of the industry.

It was a bit nerve-wracking at times. They seemed to really need more employees. They tried to make the job sound positive. They mentioned overtime being a possibility in the future.
