Interview
Upon submitting a resume through the workday portal on a late Friday evening, an email from a recruiter was received the next morning requesting a phone interview. Very quick and solid! Interview went smooth and lasted for roughly 30 minutes. Was given a one week time frame to expect a follow up. Unfortunately, it went downhill from here. I receive an automated rejection email, "We have moved on to another candidate." No problem, moving on as always.
Ten days later, I applied for similar sales position, but within a different division. Rejection email received -- got it. Suddenly, hours later, a new recruiter contacts me via email asking for a video interview with a hiring manager referencing the position I was apparently “rejected” from! Just to feel the appease and find more color to the process, I went ahead and brought this up with the hiring manager who seemed quite baffled. The position was eventually removed from all the job sites and it goes to show a very disorganized, almost dysfunctional way of screening candidates. Despite a good name in the industry, it seems the hiring process is laughable in comparison to other companies. Don't waste your time if you are looking for a new sales career!

Very smooth process. It was 1 phone interview and 2 on-site interviews. Part of the 3rd interview was shadowing another carrier rep for 15 minutes and asking them questions. Overall good experience.
