Phone interview followed by an in-person office interview with hiring manager. Interviewed by HR as well as several managers and desk shadows with current employees during the work day. First hand look at the role and what you would’ve doing.

Was given a scenario on a sales pitch, 20 minutes to review and prepare, then pitched to management and negotiated back and forth.

Interview
I applied for the position online and was then contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. After my phone interview I was offered a in-person interview at their office. During the in person interview I spent around 15-20 minutes being asked simple questions about myself and past work experiences. I then shadowed a worker for around 30 minutes. Then I was questioned about what I learned and observed during the shadowing process.

The first phone Interview is just to get to know you and get an idea of what the position is about. The second phone interview is more in detail questions to see if you're a good fit. In person interview is with manager and supervisors and mirroring 3 reps.
