The HR(Recruiter) requested me a phone interview a week after submitting the resume to the company website. After she interviewed me about my previous experience, she asked me my current salary amount. Because my current salary was out of their salary range (about $30,000/YR gap), she said, they are not able to offer that much, so the phone interview was ended at that point.
