C.H. Robinson Operations Representative interview questions

First there was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, then I had to wait to see if i get the in-person interview. In-person interview was really similar to the phone interview, but was a little more in depth. Mostly behavioral questions and examples on how I had to deal with problems at work. Overall I had a good experience.

It was a fairly straightforward in-person interview. the whole interview was around 45 minutes sitting one on one with the team's manager. She was fairly formal throughout the whole process but from time to time let some friendliness show through. The formality threw me off a little but it wasn't uncomfortable.
