They simply ask if you have administrative experience and the hours to work - most likely you will have to work 7-8 hours a day. The Program Director was very friendly and the interview is very casual. The recruiter called me without a notification and ask whether I am available to have a "short talk." She asked basic questions on top of my availability if I get to work. When she told me to ask her questions, I asked: "what is your favorite part of working in C2 Education?" and "What are some hardships that you face?" She rambled her first answer and for the second one, she said: "I am not the one getting interviewed, you are." ... I thought those questions were common questions? Anyways, overall, it was not as formal as other corporations and I ended my phone call with bad impression, which of course led me to not moving further with them.
