The most confusing interview process I've had.
- The recruiting team reached out, I wanted to learn more about the positions. They insisted me to send the resume with details on education, for my bachelor and masters (what degree/which school/when/etc.) .... keep in mind I was in school 9+ years ago!
- No talk with hiring manager at at all, straight to semi-onsite interview .... 3 sessions scheduled, 45 min each
- They asked me to study the company and product to show my interests during the interview
- No idea which of these 3 interviews were supposed to be coding Vs architecture ... but that's fine
- First 2 interviews done (I'm definitely not satisfied with how I wrote the code)
- I joined the last interview, and then instead of interview, the recruiting team comes in and say they think I'm not a good fit, which on it's own is fine, but this is definitely not how I would describe the smoothest process
- They also told me that I could "apply again" if I want to.
Not the best interview process you can imagine for sure, and not the way to create in company.
