After this one of the line managers equivalent to the hiring manager also conducts an interview to see your liking for the job and your fitment. Once you have passed all these stages, and given a go- ahead you have a one to one with the VP of that region. After the VP gives the go-ahead only then the HR starts discussing with you for the salary in which you can be hired. Once CA makes an offer, an HR personal will be regularly in touch with you till you join since they do not want any hicups.
