I applied online few months before my college graduation. It took almost six months before i heard back from them. And it was for an Associate Software Engineer position. The interview process was easy at the time (08/2012). I stayed with the company almost 4yrs. Also also had the chance to interview other new college grads. They don't do coding skills test, just normal personality and questions from looking at your resume

Basic questions about college classes and projects
Easy to Moderate. Few basic puzzles and programming questions
There were 5 rounds of interviews ending with a HR interview.
Level of questions asked increased during each round but still the questions were of moderate level

three rounds interview - two of them were technical and 1 HR round. One written round was also conducted before the interviews. Written round included practical round as well which had 2 questions.

Reached out buy recruiter and was invited to video call. Failed to organize video call two times and I offered facetoface meeting. Meeting was nice but technical questions was too deep.
