I originally applied for the position online through CA's website. It took a while but after a month or two I received an e-mail from an HR representative inviting me to an information session and a short interview/screening to narrow down the number of applicants. During the info session a few HR reps explained the program and then we got the chance to hear from people who are currently enrolled in the program followed by a question and answer period. Then there was a short one on one interview with one of the HR reps in which they delved into your educational background and some of your skills. I received a call approximately one week later to come in for a second interview. During this interview I met one on one with two VPs of a department in the company. The VPs poked more at your skills and experiences, both in school and internships. The questions were keep fairly general and did not involve an situational questions. They mostly wanted to know what you've done, what you know how to do, and what you can bring to the company. Unfortuantely I was not chosen for the program and although they said they would call regardless of whether you got the position or not, I never received a call. About 2 weeks after they said they would call I got anxious and called in to the HR rep who I had been dealing with to find that they did not chose me for the program. Oh well the search continues!
