This interview was for Mainframe business unit. It may vary according to the business unit standards. - 2 rounds of interview. -1st round was by Manager involving Technical questions, Puzzles , Design problems and project SDLC. -2nd round was by Sr. Director involving Technical questions, attitude validation (by intimidation) -3rd round was a Telephonic by HR Business partner on attitude,thought process etc. First 2 rounds were completed on the same day at their campus.3rd round after a day.
