Phone interview. The interviewer first gave a brief introduction about the company and position, then asked some general question like location and expectation on salary, how did you get to know about this position. Went through the resume and asked if the interviewee had any question. The interviewer was cheerful and questions were kind of basic.

Interview was through Microsoft teams. The woman who interviewed me was kind and genuine and I felt like she really wanted to get to know me. The interview was about 30 minutes and we discussed basic questions like what do you like to do in your free time.

Pretty easy. Just classic bq questions. The interview is short though. several business days later got a call from hr and got the offer. Can tell good culture from the interview.

Interview
HR phone interview(15m) and Final round screen interview with HR senior manager. The final round interview was only 20mins which was shorter than similar positions at other public accounting companies.
