I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CBIZ (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2012
Interview
A senior auditor/manager contacted me and we went to lunch. They asked me various questions about my background and tried to be both personable and friendly; it was enjoyable and I was excited to learn more about CBIZ!

Question 1
They mainly just asked about my previous experience and my personal family history (family, kids, where I was from, etc). It was pleasant but I didn't get why they didn't talk about CBIZ more. Later I realized they all were not huge fans of CBIZ and were constantly interviewing elsewhere.
it was not hard, applied through a recruiter on linked in, and spoke with team members on the phone for an interview and then went in for a second in person interview
