Interview
First, they email you to confirm your CPA eligibility. Then they ask you to make an online interview appointment. The interview date and time selection are very easy. On the day of your interview, they sent a link for a video interview. The interview lasts for half an hour with a mid-level recruiter.

Question 1: Tell me a little bit more about your prior work experience mentioned in the resume.
Question 2: Tell me about a scenario where you had to collect data from multiple sources and manage them.
A quick 1 hour call with 2 managers. There are 4 questions in total. They are very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the interview, but I think it’s because I didn’t prepare thoroughly.
Conversational; 2 step process with phone screen and interview round. Very nice people. Best advice is to demonstrate a decent knowledge of the work you would be performing as an auditor and flex those teamwork skills.

Applied on Linkenin, and had a 15 minute screening with a recruiter on handshake. The Interview itself was in person which consisted of 2 20-30 minute dialogues with two CBIZ professionals, Met a few members in HR, got an office tour and got to network with other interviewees with lunch afterwards. It lasted from 10-1pm,
