I was working through a JMO recruiting agency. They found the position and set me up with the first interview. When I showed up, the guy I was supposed to meet with was not there, but I sat down with one of the other team members and spoke to her for about half an hour and then rescheduled the next meeting.
When I met with Marc, he asked a lot of questions about my army experience with leading people, doing procurement and supply chain operations, but emphasized that this position was going to focus on training and shadowing other team members.
The second interview was funky because I was leaving on vacation. Apparently there was a little interview rodeo for the ten candidates, but since I wasn't there, mine over the phone.
After that, it was silence. I found out three weeks later I didn't get the job.
