It was a series of Zoom/Microsoft Teams video calling. Two employees asked alternating questions. Very kind and polite. They seemed engaged and curious regarding my answers. Made the interview comfotable

What would you do if someone came in to do maintence work
Two step interview process. They will ask if you can travel to other locations or work weekends. General interview questions for customer service and organizational skills that you have. Not sure if it’s difficult or just lengthy.
Process went quick. Interviewed with recruiter and then moved onto the next round the following week. Didn't hear anything after a week and half. Reached out to recruiter and got nothing back. It's been 3 weeks now...
