It was over a zoom call. I applied from Linked in. Got a call from the HR after one month and then got a meeting set with the general manager next day.

Question 1
Could you walk me through your resume? Tell me about your thesis papers. What do you know about current market trends? Tell me some current market trends. What all reports did you read? And what did you understand from the reports?
The conversation was smooth and comfortable. The interviewer clearly explained the role and benefits, asked straightforward questions, and created a welcoming environment that made the interaction easy and professional throughout the interview process.
The interview touched a lot on real estate law, key terms, and specific industry knowledge. Very doable for people with an RE background but I imagine it would be difficult for those who do not have that.

Interview
The interview process was good. You start with the HR interview (online), then the department's head (online). Might take a while to hear back from them, especially if you have a lot of competition. But if they like you, you'll be directed to the country manager (f2f, for me). Be yourself and be honest.
