Quick interview. 1st with recruiter, then hiring manager contacted right away. Very quick turnaround and interview with recruiter went smoothly. Talked about the role then work history. Role was for Property Manager.

What types of property have you managed? Gross Leases/NNN Leases?
Quick and professional. They do ask questions that will require specific skills to answer. They will also require answers around challenging situations where you’ll have to ensure you know the job.

Can you walk us through the process with major incident reports should one be required for an asset you manage.
Behavioural phone interview. Asked me questions about what I do and why would I be a good fit for the role and why CBRE. This is the first stage of interview to get invited to the assessment centre.
It was an extremely long process over 3 months. I was very disappointed how long it took and the back and fourth honestly it was a waste of time. They acted like I got the position but at the end the client backed out. They did nothing else to search for another job even though it took so long and they had me on stand by the entire time
