Screening followed by personal interview. The interview is average , Have questions about my MBA and the role they are offering to me. After that they rolled out the offer letters

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Then they asked about the consulting role and questions related to it.
The interview process is conducted over zoom. The company asks about prior relevant experience and interest in the field, above all else. The total interview will be around half an hour.
Hirevue followed by one zoom interview, very behavioral. Never got an answer back after following up with them. Interviewed for multiple locations and all were the same process. Just know about the company and your resume.

All easy behavioral questions. Come prepared with good questions to show some real estate knowledge. Started with phone call with recruiter and ended with super day via zoom with local brokers/employees. Lots of applications every year.
