Why do you want to get into underwriting over production?
First step was a phone call over teams with HR. Nothing that took me by surprise, hard to tell what they were looking for though. Didn't get much feedback although they were very nice. Would have gotten ghosted if I didn't keep emailing asking for updates.

3 rounds of interviews (phone, in person with senior underwriter & VP, other analysts). Very straightforward, typical "interview" questions as it is an entry-level position. Contacts were polite and prompt with any and all communication
