An employee asked me to interview with them because he liked one of my projects. I attended the 4 hour interview, and spoke with HR briefly. I didn't get the job. The other candidate was a masters student with yearS of experience.

Interview
It was the initial HR round. The interviewer was friendly and it went well but didn’t receive any response or reasoning behind not being taken ahead. The process was prompt though. I will reapply to the company sometime.
First contacted by a recruiter, then met with the team. One hour of multiple people popping in an out. Generic interview questions were asked. I was notified I did not get the position.
