It was very casual basically just asked me my experience and if I knew how to sell and cook. Such as what sales experience or what my experiences were. Also if I knew hot to cook and what do I cook. Including what kitchen items I use regularly.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
