I applied online. I interviewed at CDS (Club Demonstration Services) (Windsor Locks, CT) in Mar 2018
Interview
It was an over the phone, ten minute interview. I was told to email any questions that I had, which I did the next day. (I had 5 questions) I got a response in 48 hours but only 3 of my 5 questions were answered. I repeated the email 4 times to my 'manager to be' and I also cc'd the woman who was trying to onboard me to let her know that I was waiting for a response from my manager. Yet no one EVER got back to me. So I figured if this is the type of management they have that does not support their crew...how are they going to assist me when I'm actually on the sales floor.????? You folks need managers who respond to the employee's......no communication....not even for those of us trying to get jobs....absolutely terrible...

When you apply for the job, you apply via an AI chatbot online. Then you'll receive e-mails from said chatbot about setting up an interview. The interviews are virtual. I can't remember the name of the lady who interviewed me, but she was a CDS manager from a different location. Super kind. Asked me basic questions, like what relevant experience I had, why I think I'd be a good fit. Just super basic questions. Nothing you really have to worry about preparing for beforehand. Got the job. Super easy.
