Group interview. Four other candidates plus me. Round robin stock questions asked in all retail interview settings. Given a spit based drug test with immediate results.....so much more dignified than the old school pee tests! I think the "interview" is actually your first few weeks when they observe your on the job performance.

Interviewer gave me a product to "demo." I read the label and did an improv spiel about it. He asked about a difficult situation and how I handled it and other stock questions to which I gave stock answers.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
