They will ask you basic questions to get to know you, talk about previous work experience and then run by you some customer focused type questions. Example: "How would your persuade a new customer to purchase from you, when they already have a current vendor?" Pretty basic. Do not say you're using this as a way to get your foot in the door! If you win over the recruiter he will set up an in person interview with the hiring manager for whichever team you have been put on. They usually only set up that interview if they plan on offering you the job. The manager will ask you more basic customer service and business strategy questions. Provided the two of you get along you are more than likely going to walk out with a job offer.
