1. Resume and one way interview
2. Phone screen
3. Two way interview
4. Assessment day/group interview
Process took 5 months from turning in my resume to getting an offer. (all steps were done virtually due to COVID-19)
Pretty straight forward interview process, be sure to do a lot of research into CDW on their website, youtube, and business articles. Phone screen is pretty much making sure you put a small amount of effort into looking into the company and that you're a real human. Moving onto the two way interview this was an atypical STAR interview that tests how you react in team settings. After the two way interview I was invited to a group interview. The format of the day is introductions and than it moves over to small group situations. During these make sure to step up and be a leader, this can take alot of different forms ranging from being the "timekeeper" to giving ideas and affirming and building upon your team members comments. After two timed group assessments we had a short break and than moved onto individual interview with 3-4 managers, in this section you'll have to prepare a timed 3 minute pitch on why you would be a perfect fit for CDW. Following the pitch they'll ask you a few informal questions and give you time to ask questions (once again do alot of research so you can show of your knowledge in the questions that you ask) shortly after the interview I got an offer.
